Our 4 Step Tile & Grout Cleaning Process
  
1. Pre-treat tile and grout
a. Green Seal Certified solution is applied on to the grout.
b. Cleaner is allowed to dwell for at least 10 minutes.
c. This loosens accumulated soil, grease, contaminants and topical
    residues.
 
2. Turbo rinse
a. Tile and grout is rinsed using pressure heated water.
b. All water, cleaning solutions and contaminants are captured and  
   extracted away in one process.
c. System is completely fluid controlled with no over wetting of any other
   surfaces or areas.

3. Repeat process (Steps 1 & 2)
a. Above process is repeated now using a low Ph restorative cleaner.
b. Solution works on staining, discoloration, grout haze, soap scum.
 
4. Speed dry/inspection
a. Remove any remaining water on floor.
b. place high powered air movers to dry tile and grout lines.
c. Inspect surface for any staining. Spot clean any stains found.
